Returns and Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges shall be processed in a timely manner to better serve our customer's needs. Please allow for 3-4 business days for processing from the date of delivery.

Arrangements for a return (merchandise not needed) must be made within 30 days of the original receipt date (this is when the package arrives in your hands, not when you place the order).

Only parts in new, unused condition may be returned to Kingsmobilephones.com for a refund if not needed. Make sure to inspect your repair parts carefully upon receipt. 

REFUNDS

Once a return has been received and approved, Kings Mobile will issue a store credit or exchange as noted on the RMA Form. A refund to the original form of payment for the current price or purchase price of the part(s) can be done if the item is within 30 days from the original receipt date. If the defective item being returned is outside of 30 days, only an exchange or store credit at the current price of item(s) will be issued.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not offer any return, refund, or exchange on the repair tools that we sell.
